Summary
The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for maintaining ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting) and tracking the company's financial performance against their plan, analyzing business performance, participating in period end closing and being a liaison between Korean Headquarters and Allen Harim.
•Supports Allen Harim’s Vision, Mission and Values
•Maintain and develop ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting required by K-SOX).
•Perform responsibilities as a Liaison between Harim Korea HQ and Allen Harim.
•Prepare data and documentation requested by Harim Korea HQ.
•Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries as needed.
•Support preparation of intercompany elimination entries between subsidiaries and the parent company.
•Support preparation of monthly consolidated US GAAP financial statements and quarterly IFRS statements.
•Monitor organization performance against strategic goals.
•Participate in financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
•Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
•Support the cost analysis process.
•Prepare any official documents regarding business operations with Harim Korea HQ.
•Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (Accounting major preferred)
- No experience required (ICFR or accounting experience a plus)
- CPA is preferred but not required
Knowledge/Skills
•Must be a bilingual (Korean & English) and fluent in both languages.
•Microsoft Office skills with an expert focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
