Overall Assignment Description:
The Environmental Operations Research Analyst (Senior) will provide assistance with aspects of the Congressional Facility Requirements Documentation (DD Form 1391). The Environmental Operations Research Analyst (Senior) shall provide advice and technical support to determine which environmental impact assessments will best support the military construction requirements as well as effectively communicate the results of the assessments. The Contractor shall provide support with all aspects of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Analysis Decision Document.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of experience working in an acquisition-related discipline
• At least one year working in a Special Access Program or SCI environment
• TS/SCI or TS/SCI Eligibility and the ability to maintain these throughout employment
• Analysis experience includes supporting Environmental Impact Statements and Basing Decisions
