- Reconciles payable/receivable accounting schedules
- Records, processes and maintains all 1099 information
- Posts sales transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger and computer files
- Manages office supply inventory
- Assists with bank reconciliations
- Balance schedules and general ledger accounts
- Assists with end of month (EOM) process
- Other duties as assigned
- Accounting experience required, Automotive Accounting experience preferred
- Experience working with a dealership management system (DMS) preferred
- Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
- Team oriented attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
