Job Description:
The Allentown Rescue Mission, a Christian non-profit men’s homeless shelter with 22 employees, has an opening for an HR/Office Manager. The Allentown Rescue Mission is more than a homeless shelter. We offer a Residential Program designed to help homeless men change their lives and become productive members of society. We are looking for a professional to manage Human Resources, compensation management, and insurance policy and administration. The successful candidate should be comfortable collaborating with other functions and ensuring compliance with organization policies. This role works directly with the CEO providing high-level support and assuring smooth office operations.
