Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Budget Secretary to join our team at Allenstown Community School in Allenstown, NH. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, and effective communication with school staff and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Build long term vendor relationships and be able to work well with teachers and administration.
- Be able to use Microsoft and Google Suites for document creation, data management, and communication purposes.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, creating and paying purchase orders, generating reports, and maintaining organized records.
- Experience with budget software required. Tyler Technology/IVEE preferred.
- Balance student activities accounts on a monthly basis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office setting with strong administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft products such as Xcel and experience with budget software.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
