Allergy & Asthma Associates of Northern California is Hiring a Medical Receptionist - Full-time Near San Jose, CA

Busy Medical Practice seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Medical Receptionist.
This is a full-time position with medical, dental and vision benefits, term life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and paid Holidays after introductory period. Minimum one experience within a multi-physician medical practice required. Able to work on Wednesday evening and Saturday morning rotation.
We Need Individuals Who Have The Following Skills/abilities
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft office).
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must work quickly, accurately, and independently.
  • Excellent verbal communication and written communication.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and highly accountable.
  • Team player.
  • Have a positive, friendly demeanor at all times and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Professional, reliable, and responsible.
  • Experience with Computerized Scheduling, Computerized Check-In, Authorization Requests, and Strong insurance benefit knowledge is a HUGE plus.
  • EPiC experience is a plus.
