Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Duties :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant applications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain customer accounts by updating contact information and order details
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
