Job Purpose:The Marketing Communications Specialist works closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to support our online and offline communication with clients, staff, and key stakeholders to increase brand awareness. Creates messages that inform, educate, or persuade AllHealth Network’s/Harmony’s audiences about the mission and charge of the organization. Promotes the brand, along with key services during events, and across a broad media mix.
Goals and Objectives:

• Manage AllHealth Network and Harmony social media accounts (IG, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Create newsletters, flyers and other internal/external marketing materials for events, groups, etc.
• Tactical execution of marketing plans and projects

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, write, edit, and review content for social media, collateral, and other pieces as assigned.
• Maintain company Brand Repository
• Coordinate, compile and distribute weekly employee newsletter and other employee announcements utilizing Constant Contact
• Update monthly calendars and e-mail newsletter on Constant Contact
• Develop flyers, signage and other collateral for internal groups, activities, and events.
• Maintain and update waiting room TV screen announcements/information
• Actively manage the organization’s social media presence, including responding to reviews with input from subject matter experts and posting regular updates to engage and increase followers.
• Build photo library by attending and taking pictures at team events, parties, educational events, all- staff meetings, and fundraising activities
• Assist with other communications projects and initiatives as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive internal and external customer relationships in meeting agreed-upon deadlines with quality results.
• Works proactively with internal clients to ensure alignment, efficiency, and coordination of marketing goals and tactics across AllHealth Network and Harmony.
• Ability to think independently and creatively, assuming appropriate responsibility and authority within the guidance of senior leadership.
• Ensures brand compliance of all message development, promotion, and production of materials, including adherence to corporate identity/graphic standards and alignment with AllHealth Network’s/Harmony’s brand promise.
• Attends huddles and staff meetings. Attends other meetings, as requested; Maintains regular communication with the Marketing and Community Engagement team members to seek guidance and direction, as well as keep informed of activities.
• Follow all AllHealth Network/Harmony’s policies and procedures.
• Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education, and ability of the employee.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field required; OR three years of related work experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience where each year of education equates to two years of experience.
Experience/Skills:

• Experience with digital and traditional marketing, especially social media required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Spanish preferred).
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Sprout Social, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and ability to provide samples of work.
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Salary$65,000 - $70,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks’ total compensation package for employees.
