We are seeking a part time Support Specialist to join our team in the financial services industry. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Assist customers/clients with inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
