Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

• Ability to read, write and speak the English language, bilingual helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to respond to customer requests with tact, diplomacy, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to offer Alliance Bank’s products and services.
• General maintenance skills in Plumbing, electrical work, central air and heating, carpentry, and building repairs.
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record.
• Participate in the planning for new or replacement equipment and supplies.
• Flexibility and good judgment must be employed, and on-the-spot decisions are often required.
• Office setting that requires the following physical abilities:

· Bending

· Kneeling

· Twisting

· Climbing

· Pulling

· Stretching

· Lifting

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of Alliance Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment including a PC with job-related software.
• Schedules are prepared based on business needs and are subject to change at any time. This may include the need for evenings, weekends, or holiday coverage.
