The head of Program/Project Management position is responsible for leading/facilitating various product and technology related projects for a fast-growing company in the 401k and retirement services sector. The position requires working with business stakeholders, leadership and IT resources to develop and implement project plans while taking ownership of delivering projects on time and on budget. This role is responsible for leading the team members throughout the lifecycle of a project, including developing, implementing, and executing project plans while ensuring the appropriate documentation of both business requirements and project success measures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The average salary for this position is expected to be between $120,000 and $185,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
