About the Job

The System Analyst is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, repair, operation, and maintenance of hardware and software to ensure proper facility operation. Develop and maintain strong, positive working relationships with appropriate customer departments. Assure that the systems are operating, used properly, and are performing according to specifications. The individual will interact with Corporate IT, hospital staff, corporate office and vendors. This would be a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast paced environment with an opportunity to learn new systems and expand your skill level.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Install, maintain and repair end user hardware and softwareDeploy new hardware and software as requiredSupport end users by resolving issues reported via Service-Now, phone and other communications methodsAssist in creation of new user accounts by provisioning and administer user credentials, access rights, permissions and control systemsAssist in implementation of local and regional IT projectsConsult with end users on the performance aspects of the software applications and hardwareMonitor and work customer support tickets and requests as received to assist other support staff as needed.Other duties as assigned.
