JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation : $16 - $18 per hour

Alliance has partnered with a client in the Medina, OH area who specializes in leading freight transportation and logistics.

We are looking for Unit Technicians for 1st shift who are tech savy and have excellent customer service experience!

Please note that the job location for this position is not accessible by public transportation.

Unit Technician Responsibilities :

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining GPS units
• Update and maintain both online and internal service portals for all GPS units.
• Perform software installation as needed.
• Prepare, cut, and install decals on trailers and vans.
• Assist in temperature validation process for refrigerated trailer tests.
• Inform and update contractors of install processes.
• Follow all company and manufacturers guidelines.
• Follow all Safeguard rules and regulations.
• Ensure working environment is clean, safe, and free of hazards at all times.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Unit Technician Pay and Shift :

• $16-$17 per hour depending on experience
• 1st shift : 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Unit Technician Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer skills are a plus
• Customer service experience
• Being able to use hand and power tools
• 6 months manufacturing experience
