Job OverviewThis role is a hybrid of administrative assistance responsibilities and accounting associate.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties: Scheduling tasks, answering calls, coding invoices, filing documents, communicating with all levels of employees, coordinate office activitites and ordering supplies.
- Accounting Duties: reconciliations, read/work accounts receivable cash aging report, apply customer payments, create adjustments and other accounts receivable activities.
