Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the security operations and personnel at assigned locations
- Monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond to and resolve security incidents, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, and trespassing
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and address any potential security risks or breaches
- Train and educate security staff on proper procedures, emergency protocols, and customer service skills- Create schedule, cover open shifts
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and daily activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or related field
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques, CCTV systems, and access control systems
- Familiarity with first aid, CPR, and other emergency response procedures
- Experience in loss prevention strategies and conflict management
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Valid security certificate or license required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Ability to analyze complex situations and implement appropriate security measures
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for report writing and data analysis
