We are partnered exclusively with a unicorn $1Bn Pre-IPO ecomm co. in search of a newly created Senior Director of Accounting.

This will oversee a team of 5 direct reports including Director of Corp Accounting and Director of External Reporting (SEC).

Comp Range: $185-225k base 25% bonus RSUs/Equity

Required:

• CPA license is required.
• 10-13 years of experience (must have been with a National CPA firm for at least 5 years in audit) industry experience including time with a public company.
• Nice to have: prior experience in SEC reporting. While this will not be doing the SEC reporting, it may help out from time to time and mentor the SEC team.
• Undergrad degree from an accredited university/college.
