Alliance Services for TBI, In-Home Care & Assistance is looking for certified Home Health Aides/ Personal Care Aides to contribute to our highly skilled care team, providing expert care in the comfort of our clients' homes. ResponsibilitiesAs a licensed caregiver (HHA/ PCA) at Alliance Services for TBI, you will be tasked with providing various services to our clients, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with ADLs and IADLs
• Ambulation
• Bathing
• Personal hygiene
• Continence/toileting
• Dressing/shaving
• Eating/feeding
• Transferring
• Preparing meals and snacks as directed
• Accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments
• Performing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning
• Assisting with client-specific activities like medication reminders, range of motion exercises, special diets, dementia care, and incontinence care

Qualifications And SkillsTo excel in this role, you should have:

• HHA/ PCA certification
• Preferably a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• Prior caregiver experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Possession of a valid driver's license and insured automobile is advantageous
