allianthcm is Hiring a Corporate Risk Management Coordinator Near San Diego, CA

SUMMARY Responsible for assisting in the research, compilation and review of emails and relevant document files for court issued Subpoena third party information requests and State Department of Insurance (DOI) inquiries. Assist with eDiscovery platform search criteria. Communicate effectively with Claims Managers, internal and external Counsel, and business associates. Coordinate meetings with various parties, and collaborate with other risk team members on finalizing submissions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinates the research, compilation and review of emails and document files for Subpoenas, and DOI inquiries. • Assists Claims Managers with eDiscovery platform search criteria for Subpoena, DOI, and Regulatory Actions. • Tracks deadlines to ensure accurate and timely compliance of the responses. • Assists Risk Management team with weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting to Alliant Senior Management. • Coordinates the daily dissemination of emails submitted to the Risk Management centralized email inbox. • Assists with insurance program administration, renewal processes, and maintains policy data in RIMS database system. • Assists with Certificate of Insurance platform, including review and verify various Certificates of Insurance. • Coordinates meetings for Risk Management team including updating calendars and preparing meeting materials. • Assists team with various administrative tasks and projects as requested. • Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates. • Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Associate's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience One (1) or more years, related work experience required One (1) or more years, Risk Management and insurance experience preferredLegal experience preferred SKILLS Knowledge and understanding of databases, data entry or RIMS systems Proficient in Microsoft Office; Intermediate in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills Ability to work within a team to timely generate document productions and compliance with the courts and regulatory agencies #LI-DR2
