We are looking for a Personal Assistant (m/f/d), based in Munich.
The Impact You Will Have As the Personal Assistant to the Global Head Global Business Operations & Global Head of Business Model Transformation, you will provide efficient and responsive administrative support. Your responsibilities include managing and maintaining the Global Head’s diary and email account,
working with relevant individuals and organizations to arrange meetings and prepare agendas, as well as coordinating travel and accommodation requirements for the team.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
  • Ensure the calendar commitments and meeting arrangements are managed effectively,
  • Filter and answer emails, highlighting any urgent correspondence and maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Handle incoming phone calls, redirecting or escalating as appropriate
  • Manage procurement administration for the team and follow up invoices
  • Organize team meetings: preparing invitations, agenda and minutes
  • Coordinate and contribute to relevant projects and initiatives
  • Support the team across a range of tasks
Role What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree or qualified by experience
  • Relevant working experience in a large organization in an international environment
  • Fluency English is required
  • Excellent communicator in written and in spoken to a variety of stakeholders including senior management, as well as good presentation skills
  • Advanced IT skills in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent ability to prioritize, anticipate board member´s needs and be proactive in finding solutions
  • Excellent ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Experience working with intercultural teams in an international and dynamic environment
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze and draw appropriate conclusions
