We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Manager (m/f/d), based in Munich or London on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Your Team You will be part of a team that manages the company’s global corporate real estate. The portfolio comprises of offices in ca. 40 different locations across the globe, varying in size and set-up.
The Impact You Will Have Reporting to the Head of Global Real Estate, you will be responsible to drive the real estate portfolio and to provide a state-of-the art working environment for your colleagues. By balancing space and cost efficiency with quality requirements as well as focusing on the reduction of the carbon footprint, you will contribute to the success of Allianz.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include: The role encompasses the entire lifecycle of an office location, both for operations as well as projects (“run and change”). These two aspects are closely integrated and ensure a holistic end-to-end management of a space and with the aim to implement an efficient and state-of-the-art working environment.

Run
- Manage and optimize global lease and sublease contracts for space, desk utilization, and cost.
- Conduct lease negotiations for new locations, renewals, and terminations.
- Oversee facilities service vendors through service level agreements and key performance indicators, focusing on quality and cost.
- Drive continuous improvement in operations.
- Monitor, report, and reduce CO2 footprint to contribute to the net-zero transition.
- Plan and manage operational expenditures.
- Ensure safe, secure operations and compliance with AGCS standards, and communicate with local stakeholders and Allianz entities.
- Mange real estate projects predominantly in an existing location. Deliver on time, in quality and in budget.
- Develop business case for new change projects. Plan and steer project budget
- Contribute to the net-zero transition by ensuring decision making has positive effect on the co2 footprint.
- Education / Degree in a real estate environment. Completion of a recognised administrative or engineering qualification (e.g. architecture, civil engineering)
- Proven experience in the field of min. 5 years.
- Managing projects and operations across distances
- Budget and financial planning, cost control
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and laws
- Negotiating skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (business fluent)
