Job Purpose/RoleWe are looking for a forward-thinking and results-oriented Intern (m/f/d) to strengthen our Investment Controlling and Valuatione department. The position will be based in our Munich office and should have a duration of 3 to 6 months starting from November onwards.
In this role you will be assisting in the quarterly valuation process and ongoing monitoring of Allianz Capital Partners' portfolio in direct infrastructure equity, renewables and private equity fund investments.

In this role you will be assisting in the quarterly valuation process and ongoing monitoring of Allianz Capital Partners' portfolio in direct infrastructure equity, renewables and private equity fund investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Controlling of Allianz Capital Partners' portfolio in direct infrastructure equity, renewables and private equity fund investments
- Support the valuation process of the direct and indirect portfolio in close collaboration with other functions within ACP (e.g. investment teams)
- Preparation of model and KPI analysis at investment and portfolio level
- Carrying out market research and competitor analysis (e.g. using Capital IQ)
- Support in the onboarding of new investment strategies from a valuation perspective
- Preparation of presentations for senior management, Allianz committees and external investors
- Ad hoc projects on valuation, planning, IFRS reporting and accounting topics
- Advanced studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program ideally specialized in corporate finance or investment controlling
- First class internship experience preferably in the areas of corporate finance, valuation or investment controlling
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent work style
- A high level of motivation, excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
- Written and oral proficiency in English required, working knowledge of German is a plus
