Who will you be joining?Group Regulatory and Public Affairs works at the intersection of politics, regulation and business reality. We spend a great deal of our time analyzing the Group’s regulatory and political environment, anticipating trends, assessing the impact of potential policy actions, and navigating the complex decision-making processes. How can you make an impact?We are looking for a motivated working student to support the Group Regulatory Affairs team in a variety of tasks, with a special focus on supporting our day-to-day interactions with German supervisory authorities (BaFin) and the preparation and review of corresponding presentations. You will:
Commit to 15-20 working hours per week
Ideally start on 1 July, but can be adapted if needed
What are you made of?
Master student/post-graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Law or related fields
Enrolled at university for the entire duration of employment
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken, German C2 level)
Very good knowledge of MS Office package (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, accurate and precise way of working
Strong interest in insurance and regulatory topics
Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
