Allied Capital Title is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Champaign, IL

Business Development Representative

The role of the Business Development Representative is to assist in driving Allied Capital Title’s efforts to enhance its market share and revenue performance. She/he will conduct market research, build client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide outstanding customer service- both internally and externally
    • Be friendly
    • Return calls and emails in a timely manner
    • Attempt to problem solve an issue prior to saying no- enlist the help of your branch or department
    • Know your products- and reach out to other staff members when you don’t know
  • Maintain client information and sales activities in the CRM database
  • Utilize sales strategies and professional skills to attain relationships with prospective customers and increase market share with current customers
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Maintain social media accounts
  • Support Brand management
  • Assist in managing multiple marketing campaigns, as necessary and meet deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
