Allied Capital Title seeks a pleasant, courteous and professional Construction Processor to join our staff. The processor will be responsible for managing the construction disbursements payout process which includes documentation preparation, document review and funds disbursement. This position requires outstanding customer service skills as well as strong mathematical skills. The construction processor will communicate daily with lenders, contractors and owners. In addition, the processor will support general office duties as needed. Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service
• Prepare and review construction escrow agreements
• Process Draw Requests
• Balance Sworn Statements
• Ensure that lien waivers are complete
• Disburse construction funds
• Assist with office support, as necessary

Qualifications:

• Knowledge & experience in the title industry or related field (banking, real estate, construction)
• Ability to work in an accurate, detail oriented and highly productive manner
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Top notch customer service
• Valid driver’s license.
