JOB DETAILS - Vocational Service Coordinator 

• Providing services relating to advocacy, data compilation, and reporting on individualized programming and services for participants with intellectual disabilities.

• Trains staff and works collaboratively with Allied staff, families, and IDT Members. 

• Manages all aspects of program participant documentation. 

• Availability to work various hours. (40 hr work week) 

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS 

• Excellent communication and documentation skills. 

• Professionalism in interacting with people with disabilities and co-workers. 

• Ability to complete work-related tasks regularly. 

• Establishes and maintains healthy, positive relationships with persons with disabilities 

• Demonstrates and performs at all times following Allied's core values: Excellence, Respect, Innovation, Diversity, Collaboration, Accountability, and Integrity. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

• High school diploma, 21 years of age, and clean driving record required. 

• Top consideration is given to those with related experience & motivation to improve the lives of persons w/ disabilities. 

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
