As a Technical Business Analyst, the candidate must align information technology systems with business operations by analyzing, recommending, and developing innovative reporting solutions. The candidate will work with Information Technology and Business resources to discover, analyze, and inventory legacy reports including but not limited to SAS (Statistical Analysis System) routines. The position requires the ability to clearly document and communicate processes/requirements to both Business and Technical resources.

4 | Required | Experience with Agile development experience with Scrum, Kanban |
4 | Required | Experience understanding complex issues and facilitating resolution |
