Allied Dental is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Toms River, NJ

The Human Resources Coordinator assists in coordinating all personnel-related matters concerning the Company’s employees. Individual must maintain confidentiality of all subject matter as appropriate. They are responsible for submission and follow-up on Workers Compensation claims, provide follow-up on all outstanding documentation to ensure compliance, payroll database maintenance and assists employees with various HR related requests. Conducts audits to ensure overall department compliance and accuracy.

A successful candidate will enjoy building relationships at all levels. High level of collaboration is required with our team regarding company initiatives, communication, and motivation.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Answer and handle incoming calls
  • Listen to, log and return daily department voicemails
  • Process, file and follow up on Worker's Compensation Claims and assist employees in process as needed
  • Complete and File Unemployment Paperwork for:
  • NJ - 2-3 forms per employee, per office, for multiples stages of unemployment
  • PA-2-3 forms per employee, per office, for multiples stages of unemployment
  • Manage Dunn Group requests for unemployment
  • Participate in unemployment hearings
  • Create, Negotiate, and Post Employment Openings
  • ProSmile Website

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Ability and drive to meet company goals
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organization and documentation skill
  • Assist the department in creating a positive engaged workforce through associate activities and communication
  • Assist in on boarding and new hire orientation
  • Maintain associate information with confidentiality
