The Human Resources Coordinator assists in coordinating all personnel-related matters concerning the Company’s employees. Individual must maintain confidentiality of all subject matter as appropriate. They are responsible for submission and follow-up on Workers Compensation claims, provide follow-up on all outstanding documentation to ensure compliance, payroll database maintenance and assists employees with various HR related requests. Conducts audits to ensure overall department compliance and accuracy.
A successful candidate will enjoy building relationships at all levels. High level of collaboration is required with our team regarding company initiatives, communication, and motivation.
