**Responsibilities:**

• - Generate new business by identifying potential sales opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors.
• - Conduct site visits to assess roofing needs and provide accurate estimates, including climbing ladders and roofs as part of the evaluation process.
• - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• - Door-to-door lead generation as necessary, complemented by company-provided leads.
• - Negotiate and close sales deals, striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
• - Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and record-keeping.
• - Stay updated with the latest roofing technologies and market trends to offer knowledgeable recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications:**

• - No previous experience required; we welcome both seasoned professionals and those new to sales as comprehensive training will be provided.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation and deal closing.
• - An interest in learning about roofing materials, installation processes, and industry regulations.
• - Proficiency in using CRM software to track customer engagement and sales progress is preferred but not necessary.
• - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• - High school diploma required; further education or certifications in sales or related fields are a plus.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
