Perform all accounting functions to support other office staff
Job Scheduling and production scheduling
Maintain and manage multiple email accounts and web correspondences
QUICKBOOKS Experience a must
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments
Answer inbound telephone calls
Maintain organized filing systems
Multitask and perform all other office tasks
Manage and oversee AP & AR reports
Reconcile Month End Reports
Work with and oversee other employees
Executive Support for CEO
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in related commercial business field
Previous experience in office administration in fast pace production environment
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Purchasing of goods and services experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
