Allied Resources is looking for a Superintendent for an exciting full-time opportunity with an award-winning energy company in the Greater Philadelphia area. This position provides an excellent compensation, bonus potential, and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more!
A Day in the Life:
- Completing retrofit construction project on historic and other federal buildings.
- Site supervision of all assigned project construction activities.
- Ensuring the worksite is safe and supervised in an effective and efficient manner.
- Maintain daily communication and direct the activities of subcontractors and sub-trades.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinating day-to-day production and schedule adherence on the project.
The Wish List:
- MEP experience on heavy commercial jobs, preferably federal worksite experience.
- 10 years in lighting, mechanical, and electrical construction, 5 years as a superintendent on similar projects
- Must know EM 385-1-1, have safety compliance experience, and current OSHA 30-hour safety certificate.
