Responsible for managing schedule and scheduling exceptions associated in our new workforce management system, Click. This may include both short-cycle and long-cycle construction and service work.
Works with supervisors to resolve schedule issues and ensure priority work is scheduled.
Monitors radio, phone, and system messages to communicate schedule adjustments to field personnel.
Dispatches work after the start of the day (after field employees have left the yard in the morning), using Click software, including adjusting crews as necessary after initial dispatching.

Makes customer contact to resolve customer issues/complaints as needed. Identifies schedule deficiencies, analyzes alternatives, and recommends solutions to schedule conflicts.
Works with affected parties to ensure that conflicts are resolved and/or mitigated.
Interfaces with internal groups such as Project Management and Construction, Major Accounts, and Distribution Operations Center for planned outages and resource coordination.
Adjust schedules based on feedback. Serves as a member of the incident response team.
Minimum Qualifications
Highschool diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with multiple levels of the organizational structure.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Experience/training in scheduling resources or maintenance and construction practices.
Start Time:8:00 AMHours:8:00am to 5:00pm. Job Type: Contract. Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. Expected hours: 40 per week. Benefits
