We are actively looking for our next Inside Sales Leader who will support our reputation of excellence as they lead and support our team. Our goal is to increase sales and market share.

- Wages are 16% above the market average
- Lucrative bonus program – ranging from $5,000-$10,000 annually
- Paid Time off – 4 PTO days earned every quarter for perfect attendance
- 50% of company profits shared with associates
- Average of 14% of salary over the last 10 years

Ideal Candidate Characteristics
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail; must be able to flawlessly maintain systems for order entry and quotes
- Lead with integrity and set an example for selling and managing, including active listening and ability to ask questions to better understand customer needs and desired outcomes
- Ability to function well in a decentralized, but supportive company structure
Responsibilities
- Recommending, quoting and providing information for HVAC and Refrigeration products
- Act as a liaison between the customer, internal resources and manufacturers.
Key Skills
- Interest in mechanical parts, systems and the HVAC industry
- Ability to build strong customer relations
- Applied knowledge of inventory management
- Creative ideas to streamline processes and increase cost savings
Preferred Skills
- HVAC or Filtration experience or mechanical experience
- High School diploma or technical degree
- Two years’ experience in distribution inventory preferred but not required
