The Project Manager is responsible for being a core member of the Corporate Strategy team. Activities will include executing analysis, developing proposed action items, and leading initiatives related to margin improvement, integration support, and operational support to the field.Pay: $80,000 - $110,000 per year RESPONSIBILITIES:Influence business direction by combining strategic planning, program management, administrative support, and process improvementMaintain oversight responsibilities for operational efficiency initiativesWork with teams across the business to identify opportunities to improve best practices and drive initiativesMeet with stakeholders throughout the organization to craft and execute a strategic vision for enabling operational efficiencyFacilitate and lead key initiatives, including overall project management, delegation of tasks, managing outside vendor relationships, and organizing communication strategies for key projectsSupport and lead execution of post-merger integrations (PMI)Conduct advanced analytics using Domo, Excel, SQL, and other software Develop reports and output using PowerPointProvide support to the Corporate Strategy team across a variety of initiatives and, as needed, coordinate directly with field personnelQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related fieldMinimum of three (3) years of project management experienceDemonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlinesAble to successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlinesHighly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technologyProfessional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretionAble to adapt to everchanging prioritiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Demonstrated experience and performance in post-merger integrationWorking knowledge of SQLWorking knowledge of Domo (Business Intelligence tool)Master's degree in business administration, project management, or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationBENEFITS:Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
