This role will set short and long-term strategies for both the sales and operations teams. The RVP will be responsible for managing the relationships between Allied Universal and its external & internal stakeholders. Additionally, the RVP will be responsible for driving the Allied Universal culture through the entire team and ensuring we meet all objectives set forth for the region while delivering and satisfying customers and meeting financial targets.RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain, promote, and foster AUTS's Vision, Mission, Core Values, and growth strategy at all times and within all initiativesResponsible for all aspects of the operations and business performance within the assigned region, including sales, operations, project management, installation, service and full P&L responsibilityDrive the strategic and tactical plan for the region, including the development and implementation of the operating plans and budgets to achieve the company strategyRecruit, develop, motivate, coach, mentor, manage and direct reportsCreate and implement processes and procedures to help manage the region in the areas of resource management, service delivery, project costing, and solution developmentProactively meet with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and the general health of AUTS's relationshipWork collaboratively with the Vice President of Sales and Sales Director to implement and drive sales strategy, sales tools (including forecasting), training and standards within the field sales teamProvide strategic and operational leadership; assess and minimize risk to company operations and growthWork with Director of Sales to forecast on sales pipelines and projectionsEnsure all requirements for timely completion of client projects are readily available by maintaining an effective inventory management systemOversee the dispatch of service and installation technicians to perform work (email or phone) and ensure adequate follow up to clientsEnsure understanding of all service and maintenance agreements to ensure all work orders fulfill contractual agreementsCreate and manage efficient internal processes and project reporting as well as lead the coordination with the purchasing team for supply status and schedulingManage subcontractor base by ensuring proper vetting as well as ensuring any issues are resolvedQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of studyMinimum of seven (7) years of experience in leadership roles with direct P&L oversight within a professional services delivery organizationInfluencing skills and change management experience with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple prioritiesRelationship-management skills and ability to influence at senior leadership and executive level, both internally and externallyLeadership skills to build, inspire and retain top-performing teamsDemonstrated experience of building strong collaborative relationships with different stakeholder groups of varying levels, building trusted advisor relationships to navigate and influence demand, resolve conflicts, and deliver resultsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, intellectually curios, and a critical thinker who can work through complex business issues and make decisions quickly; highly proficient at analyzing and leveraging historical data and market intelligence to drive strategic shifts at the broader business levelAbility to work in a fast-paced environment; capable of managing multiple simultaneous initiatives, shifting competing priorities, and meeting deadlinesExcellent organizational skills, teamwork, leadership development, and lean/problem solving capabilitiesArticulate written and verbal communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively and cross-functionally in a global, matrixed business structurePossess both a results-oriented and tireless work ethic - determined to meet and exceed targets and drive accountability throughout the Operations organizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce and/or WeSuiteSix Sigma certificationAn advanced degree, such as an MBAExperience in the development and analysis of a Request for Proposal (RPF's)High level technical understanding of products and solutions in the electronic spaceBENEFITS:Base salary range $150,000 to $200,000, 35% annual bonus opportunity, auto packageMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company's 401(k)plan or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysFlex Time Off PlanAllied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
