Compliance Officers work closely with MAA Security, TSA, Maryland Transportation Authority Police, as well as the Badging Office to enforce rules and regulations; Security Sensitive Information (SSI), will also be handled frequently throughout your shift on a daily basis.Qualifications & Responsibilities:Excellent organizational skillsThe ability to perform basic tasks on the computer. This may include navigating a browser, operating software systems, and completing any other tasks that make it possible to do your job.Ability to speak and communicate effectively in a group and/or individual setting Daily Portal checks leading to all secured areas ensuring all locks are functioningPier walks to ensure all safety guidelines are in orderWalking for the entire shiftEnsuring that all employees are implementing all airport security proceduresAbility to conduct auditsAbility to conduct door/portal inspectionsOutside perimeter and ramp checksMinimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed rolesPossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experienceAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
