AlliedTravelCareers is working with AMN Healthcare Allied to find a qualified CT Tech in BIGFORK, Minnesota, 56628! Pay Information $1,700 to $2,200 per week About The Position Job Description & Requirements Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1700.00 - $2200.00 2 year(s) of experience required Cannot have gaps more than 30 days and MUST have references within the past year- no exceptions. o Inpatient and Outpatient o Certs
- ARRT, BLS, does not need to be certified in CT, just be proficient in CT o EMR/Equipment
- Meditech, PACS, (Nights they are sent to an offsite company) o Shifts 8-hour shifts- Varying start times, 7am, 8am & 9am o Weekend Requirement rotating weekends, see call o Holidays rotate in with permanent staff o Call & response time
- Usually comes out to be 1 weeknight and 1 weekend a month. o If you are on call, then you will work the 9am shift and after that is done you will be on call throughout the whole night. Then you will have the 7am shift the next morning. o Call response time is 15 minutes. Most people will stay in their call room at the hospital. o Scrub Color- any color o Floor specific orientation- Usually a week but dependent on skill level. o Common types of imaging/studies performed Plain films, CT, Chronic Pain injections, EKG's for the hospital (will train on site if needed), CTA, o Additional Notes- Will be required to answer phones, schedule tests, do clerical work as they do not have a secretary. o Teamwork is very important in the department.
