- Day Shift Job Description: Join our home health team as an Occupational Therapist specializing in Rehabilitation, serving Lewis County, WA, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled home health services
- Manage up to 6 patient visits daily
- Use EPIC for patient records Shift Details:
- Day shift, 5x8
- Hour (08:00
- 16:30)
- No weekends or on
- call duties Requirements:
- 1 year of home health experience
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
- Willingness to drive 59
- 100 miles daily
- Oasis experience preferred
- Open to candidates with pending licenses Additional Information:
- Free parking and mileage reimbursement provided
- Basic color scrubs required
- Local candidates within a 50
- 75 mile radius preferred
