- Time Inpatient Physical Therapist
- Day Shift Job Summary: Join our Rehab Services team as an Inpatient Physical Therapist. This role involves patient evaluation, treatment planning, and supervision of support personnel. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct rehabilitative programs for patients with physical limitations.
- Collaborate and communicate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Document patient progress and care data.
- Instruct patients in exercises, ambulation, and daily living activities.
- Maintain department cleanliness and equipment.
- Participate in department meetings and in
- services.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and technicians.
- Contribute to department growth and program development.
- Promote efficient use of resources and supplies.
- Provide age
- specific patient care based on data interpretation and knowledge. Additional Functions:
- Provide physical therapy services in other inpatient rehab areas as needed. Qualifications:
- Graduate of Physical Therapy Program.
- State license holder.
- Acute care experience preferred.
- Ability to build good relationships with patients of various physical disabilities.
- English proficiency.
- Basic Life Support (BLS Provider
- American Heart Association or Professional Rescuer
- American Red Cross) certification required within 30 days of hire.
