Communicate progress and any barriers toward PT goals with interdisciplinary team members. Complete timely PT documentation in compliance with regulatory, licensing, and payor requirements. Assist with maintaining both the rehab gym equipment and treatment area in a safe manner, using good infection prevention methods.
