Floating is required. Flex schedules with no set schedule of consistent days. Will work what unit needs. No self scheduling. Minimum of every other weekend req. No on call. Will work holidays as needed. Declinations for COVID and flu Vax is approved for Medical and Religious reasons. Accepting approved CCH declination form with profile submittal. If HCP declines, they will be required to wear mask at all times with the exception of mealtimes. Fingerprinting process must begin within 48 hours of offer acceptance Must not have worked perm or per diem for NMHS within the last 12 months Required with submission: Covid and Flu status Full DOB and SSN RTO - Holiday coverage expected with minimal RTO.
