Our client is looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, individual to help in the office 10 to 20 hours a week. This individual must possess the desire to work hard and be willing to communicate actively to be successful in the position. Do you take the initiative to get work done when you see a need? Do you have experience being successful in an administrative position? Please consider applying! The hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:00-2:00 but can be adjusted to fit the schedule of the individual.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact between the partner and clients
• Screen and direct phone calls to the appropriate funnel
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Transition paper files to a digital format
• Maintain and organize client files.
• Schedule and manage the calendar of the organization
• Help with daily time management and workflow
• Provide administrative support

Qualifications Requirements:

• This position is in person with a set schedule
• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and sufficient work experience
• Strong verbal and written skills, effective, and kind communicator
• Technology savvy is a plus with a willingness to learn
