We are a fast growing biotech startup and are looking for a curious, self-motivated, hungry to learn, Research Scientist. Ideal candidate must be able to perform and manage high quality laboratory bench science in the field of Cell Biology/Immunology. The candidate must also have leadership capabilities to strive for innovation, not afraid to chart new scientific directions, is a problem solver and work well in a small team environment. In this unique role, you will work closely with the Company founders, the VP of Research as well as other Scientists in the Company, thus it offers significant growth potential in both Scientific and Management tracks. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have at least 5 years experience working in a lab setting.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong analytical, oral and written communication skills. You will also be responsible for managing team deadlines, and providing strategic scientific insights.
The position is full-time, flexible hours. Offers competitive salary and growth potential.
