This role has the primary responsibility to support the daily operations of an alloy wheel remanufacturing shop, including keeping the shop organized, clean, stocked, and running efficiently. Additionally, when the shop exceeds normal capacity or other employees are on PTO, this role will help fill in with wheel repair tasks, such as washing and sand blasting wheels, to help meet customer expectations.

The secondary responsibility for this role will be to safely pick-up and deliver automotive wheels to and from a limited number of wholesale customers in the Southern Denver metro and Castle Rock areas.

It is expected that over time, the person who fills the role can grow with the company, and be promoted to other positions within the company, including sales, service, or technician, when opportunities become available.

Primary Responsibilities

• Keeping the shop organized
• Sweep floors
• Taking out trash
• Restocking consumables, including picking up materials locally as needed
• Disposing of used tires
• Supporting routine maintenance tasks on shop equipment
• Helping maintain delivery vehicles
• Safely removing and replacing wheels from customer vehicles
• Unloading and loading loose wheels into customer vehicles

Secondary Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan small pickup and delivery routes daily
• Safely pickup wheels and document services to be performed prior to delivering them to the remanufacturing facility
• Communicate expected lead times to customers
• Communicate customer information to the operations team
• Pickup remanufactured parts from the facility, deliver to the customer, and process work orders and invoices in a timely manner
• Drop off weekly / monthly sales flyers
• Maintain a safe and clean delivery vehicle (company owned)
• Notify operations team when delivery vehicle needs repairs or service
