Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Assistant at Allred Vogt & Stuart. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including communication with clients, administrative assistance, understanding personal injury cases (including health insurance, Medicaid/Medicare, healthcare liens) and providing support to our team of trial lawyers. While the role is primarily located in Salt Lake City, UT, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide administrative assistance to attorneys
- Experience working as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated
- Ability to prioritize tasks, desire to learn and take on responsibilities, and manage time effectively
