Personal Lines CSR - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 55k / year - Tallahassee, FL

• Our client, a reputable 10 year independent insurance agency in the Tallahassee area, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines CSR to join their team.
• In this CSR role, you will be responsible for daily service to an assigned book of personal lines accounts such as home, auto, boat, umbrella, rentals, etc.

In addition, you will be responsible for answering billing questions, processing change requests & claims, processing payments, proof of insurance requests, issuing ID cards, certificates of insurance, binders, endorsements, proposals, quoting, etc.

Our client is looking for customer service-oriented professionals who can work well in a small team. This position is full time in office so you must be within a commutable distance to Tallahassee.

Qualifications : Must have a 4-40 / 2-20 / 20-44 License. AMS360 experience is preferred.

Compensation : This position includes a base salary up to 55k / year based on experience plus a complete benefits package.

There is no requirement to sell / bring in new business but if you do, then commission will be paid out. Group Health Insurance, Dental, Simple IRA, PTO, etc.
