We are currently hiring for an Account Manager, Outside Sales. This position will help to expland upon and maintain our existing client relationships as well as open doors to new clients in the state of New Jersey. You MUST be comfortable being on the road, traveling throughout New Jersey, five days per week. Exceptional communication skills, customer service skills, and a comfort with technology are all a must. As an Account Manager, Outside Sales your starting compensation will be $40,000/year, with a bonus structure to potentially double your earnings, if you meet your metrics.
Role/Responsibilities:
Your primary job is building relationships.
- Providing outstanding client service through exceptional communication.
- Becoming a product expert in AllShifts, our app.
- Coordinating the scheduling client meetings throughout New Jersey with existing and new clients.
- Working in a metrics-driven environment, with daily/weekly/monthly goals.
