Recruiting Regional Manager - Base Pay Quarterly Bonus Potential

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm [60 minutes break time]

Summary: Technology-driven healthcare staffing company is looking for a Recruiting Regional Manager to support the engagement, onboarding and placement for new nurse personnel. Our business is expanding rapidly within this dynamic industry. We are establishing our footprint in new states and are seeking the right individual to step into a rewarding career where they can grow. The Recruiting Regional Manager is responsible for increasing staffing in their territory. They will work closely with the Credentialing team, Account Management and Marketing to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective healthcare staff. They must possess strong interpersonal communication skills as the face of AllShifts to assist staff in placement at our partner facilities. Candidates with entrepreneurial spirit who take ownership of their work, please apply.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Source, recruit and screen nursing staff
  • Guide prospects through the application and onboarding process
  • Communicate the benefits of working with us and our facilities
  • Respond to prospects via phone (inbound/outbound), chat and email
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on using our AllShifts mobile app
  • Engage with active staff to match them with work opportunities
  • Create position announcements for job boards, emails and text alerts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of recruiting, sales/customer service or related experience
  • Strong communication skills to deliver efficient and effective responses
  • Proficient in Gmail, Word, Excel and confident in learning new software systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain attention to detail and organization to prioritize tasks
  • HS Diploma, BS/BA degree and/or relevant administrative experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 per hour
