Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aide. As a Care provider, you will provide essential assistance and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, community life and quality of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others with developmental disabilities.
Providing Services within: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Manatee Counties
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up, laundry, and dishes
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in professional/personal caregiving or a related field is required
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
- Ability to pass a Level II background check and Livescan fingerprints check.
