Our company is a leading provider of professional cleaning services, dedicated to maintaining clean and safe environments for our clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff.
• Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of facilities.
• Train and mentor new cleaning staff.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
• Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
