## Overview

We are seeking a candidate to join our team as our dedicated Property Management Field Service Technician. This position will play a pivotal role in managing our rental home portfolio in and around Jackson, MS.

## Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Project a positive and professional attitude toward our all residents, vendors and business partners at all times
• Project and maintain professional appearance
• Assist multiple departments with move in/move out flow (retrieving/dropping off keys, signs and lockboxes and scheduling appointments
• Follow up on resident questions and situations to ensure a quick resolution
• Effectively communicate with residents and other team members through verbal and email communications
• Able to handle a high volume of resident activity
• Use software systems to track packages, resident information, etc.
• Work directly with all team members from multiple departments to ensure resident satisfaction
• All other duties assigned

## Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems
• Initiative to take action to deliver superior customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills to be able to interact effectively with a diverse group of people and stay calm under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and manage your daily workload to ensure successful completion in a timely manner
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills are a must
• Must pass a background screening and drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
